Locking your account is permanent. Once locked, you cannot unlock it.
You will not be able to send any transactions from the locked account.
Launch the Scopuly mobile application on your device.
On the home page, tap the “Wallet” button at the bottom of the screen.
You will see a list of your wallets.
Select the wallet you want to lock and tap the wallet menu icon in the top right corner (represented by three horizontal lines).
The wallet menu will open. Select “Settings”.
In the wallet settings window, tap on “Lock Account”.
The “Lock Account” window will open, displaying a warning message.
Carefully read this message. It will emphasize the permanent nature of account locking and the consequences of doing so.
If you understand the implications and are certain you want to proceed, tap the “Lock Account” button.
A confirmation window will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to lock your account permanently.
Tap the “OK” button.
A final confirmation window will open.
You will be prompted to enter the word “LOCK” in all capital letters. This is an additional security measure to prevent accidental account locking.
After entering “LOCK”, take a moment to reconsider your decision.
If you are absolutely certain, tap the “OK” button.
After a short processing time, you will receive a notification confirming that your account has been successfully locked.
