Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): This greatly improves security by requiring you to enter an additional code from your phone or other device when attempting to log in.
Transfer assets to a new account: If you only want to protect your assets, move them to a new account with stronger security measures. Learn more about how to enable 2FA here:
Launch the Scopuly platform and click on the “Wallet” tab. You can also access your wallet directly from this link: “”.
Find the menu icon on the wallet page (three horizontal lines).
Click on this icon to open a drop-down menu.
From the menu, select “Settings”
Locate and click on “Settings”
From the settings menu, find the “Account Lockout” section.
You will see a clear warning that the account lockout is irreversible and prevents all future operations.
If you are absolutely sure that your account is locked, click the “Lock Account” button.
Scopuly will display a pop-up message emphasizing that the account lock is irreversible and will disable all outgoing transactions.
Read the message carefully and only click “OK” if you are 100% sure that this action is correct.
If you continue, Scopuly will process your request and confirm that your account has been successfully locked.
