How to Buy /Sell Tokens

Upon reaching the “Buy / Sell Crypto” page, you’ll see a designated area for selecting your preferred action.
Choose “Buy” if you intend to purchase cryptocurrency with fiat currency (traditional money like USD or EUR).
A “Pair Selection” section will be displayed. This allows you to choose the currency you’ll use to buy your desired cryptocurrency. For instance, you might select the “XLM/USDC” pair if you want to buy XLM (Stellar Lumens) using USDC (USD Coin).
Locate the designated field for entering the amount of cryptocurrency you want to buy. (Be mindful of any minimum purchase amounts that might apply based on the chosen trading pair).
Double-check the trading pair you’ve selected and the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
Ensure you agree to Scopuly’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before proceeding.
Click the “Buy” button to initiate the purchase process.
You’ll be prompted to enter the wallet address where you want to receive the purchased cryptocurrency.
If you haven’t created a wallet yet, Scopuly offers the convenience of creating one directly on their platform (you can find detailed instructions on creating a Scopuly wallet here ).
In some instances, a “Memo” field might be displayed. This is typically required for specific wallet types.
If you’re unsure whether your wallet requires a memo, consult your wallet provider’s documentation.
If you’re using a Scopuly wallet, you can usually leave the “My wallet requires Memo.ID” box unchecked.
Scopuly integrates with MoonPay, a reliable payment processor, to facilitate secure fiat-to-crypto transactions. You’ll be redirected to MoonPay’s secure payment gateway to complete the purchase. This might involve entering your email address for verification, providing your residential address, and potentially undergoing Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
