How to Add an Asset from a Pool to Trustline

Adding a Trustline for an Asset in a Pool:

Before you can add liquidity to a pool, your wallet needs to have trustlines established for all the assets in that pool.

1. Open the Pool and Click “Deposit”:

• Follow the steps above to open your desired liquidity pool and tap the “Deposit” button.

2. Select Your Wallet:

• The “Deposit” window will open. Select the wallet you want to use to provide liquidity.

3. Add Missing Trustline:

• If your selected wallet doesn’t have a trustline for one of the assets in the pool, you will see a button labeled “Add (Asset Name).” Tap this button.

4. Confirm Trustline Addition:

• A “Confirm” window will appear, asking if you want to add the trustline for the specified asset. Click the “OK” button.

5. Trustline Added Confirmation:

• After a short processing time, you will see a message confirming that the asset has been successfully added to your wallet’s trustlines.

Important: Adding an asset to your trustline requires a small XLM reservation (0.5 XLM). This XLM is not spent and will be returned to your available balance if you later remove the trustline.
