Contacts 👥

The Scopuly mobile app makes managing your Stellar assets easy. It also includes a contact management feature to save frequently used addresses.

Adding a Contact:

1. Access the Side Menu:

• Launch the Scopuly mobile application on your device.

• On the home page, locate the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen (represented by three horizontal lines). Tap on this menu icon.

2. Navigate to “Contacts”:

• The side menu will open. Scroll down until you find the “Contacts” item and tap on it.

3. Add a New Contact:

• The “Contacts” window will open.

• Tap on the “Add Contact” button to add a new wallet address to your contacts.

4. Enter Contact Details:

• A menu will appear, prompting you to enter the following information: - Wallet Address: Enter the Stellar address (Public Key) of the wallet you want to add. - Contact Name: Enter a descriptive name for the contact. This can be the person’s name, the organization’s name, or any other label that helps you identify the wallet.

5. Save the Contact:

• After entering the wallet address and contact name, tap the “Add Contact” button.

6. Confirmation:

• You will see a message confirming that the wallet address has been added to your contacts.

Now, when you send assets, you can tap on the contacts icon near the recipient address field and select the saved contact from the list.

Deleting a Contact:

1. Access the “Contacts” Window:

• Follow steps 1 and 2 from the “Adding a Contact” section to access the “Contacts” window.

2. Select the Contact to Delete:

• In the “Contacts” window, locate the contact you want to delete from the list.

3. Swipe to Delete:

• Swipe the contact entry to the left.

4. Tap “Delete”:

• A “Delete” button will appear. Tap on it.

5. Confirm Deletion:

• A confirmation window will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the contact.

• Tap the “OK” button.

6. Confirmation Message:

• You will see a message confirming that the contact has been successfully deleted from your contacts.

• Reduced Errors: By selecting saved addresses, you minimize the risk of typos and sending assets to the wrong wallet.

• Time Savings: Quickly access frequently used addresses without manually entering them.
